This has got to be one of the best desktop machines I have ever invested in. I only just started experimenting with different settings and I already love the few parts I have made. The machine is so capable and powerful and it doesn't take up hardly any room on my desk. Absolutely loved this purchase!!

Good Machines, Great Customer Service
I bought this to complement my Lunyee CNC machine, which I have been very happy with. I had some issues with the setup of the engraving machine at first - the motors were not plugged into the control board, some screws fell out of the rails and the motors and belts needed tightening, but Lunyee Customer Service was very responsive and got me up and running. They always answer my questions via email within 24 hours and even sent me a video showing me how to execute one of their suggestions. I am new to this so I have a big learning curve. They sent me some helpful documentation after contacting them, but having that documentation in the box would have been nice. As I said, I was very happy with my Lunyee CNC so I thought I would give the Lunyee Laser Engraver a try. I was able to successfully able to engrave my first test piece and look forward to learning how to use this to make more products. Once I get better, I may graduate to a fancier machine, but for now, this is fine. Be sure to get the Air Assist Pump and have some way to ventilate when you are using this machine. The fumes are strong, as they are with any laser engraver.
